Our Founders

George Washington, Esq., J.D.

George

George “The General” Washington is best known for the widespread media attention he received for championing the class action civil suit against FrancoIndo Corporation's environmentally hazardous dumping practices in the Allegheny and Monogahela rivers. He later went on to defend a series of class action suits defending employee rights against ENG, Inc. and their unethical practices of wage garnishing and corporate proxy misrepresentation. After a career of fighting tyranny, General Washington founded the law firm of Washington, Franklin, and Jefferson, LLP to better serve the individual against all matters of injustice.

Dr. Benjamin Franklin, Esq., J.D.

After retiring from his prestigious career, he has set his mind on helping his common man in his endeavors against the legal giants of the court system. He currently splits his time as Associate Professor of Constitutional Law at the University of Pennsylvania, while working part-time as a lawyer to keep his ever growing wealth of knowledge current and up to date. In his spare time, Doctor Franklin can been seen around the University of Pennsylvania campus tending to his hobbies of book binding, blogging, and politics.
